Paige Gorodetzky, LCSW
Supervising Clinician

Paige is a senior clinician and supervisor in Therapy in the City’s Manhattan office who brings warmth, expertise, and a deep commitment to her work. She works with adults, young adults, children, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, medical struggles, and other mental health concerns.

Paige holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a Master of Social Work from New York University, and she obtained her SIFI Supervising Certification through Columbia School of Social Work. Before entering private practice, she served as a pediatric liver disease and transplant social worker at New York Presbyterian and as a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit social work intern at Bellevue Hospital. Through this work, she gained a deep understanding of the emotional, medical, and relational impacts of serious illness and long-term treatment.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, Paige takes an integrative, evidence-based approach that supports emotional and physical well-being. She specializes in helping clients through life transitions, chronic illness, caregiver burnout, and loss.

Paige’s clients describe her as warm, non-judgmental, and deeply attuned. Her presence helps clients feel safe and understood while they work toward meaningful goals. She empowers individuals to build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and create lasting growth through compassion, insight, and practical tools for change.
