Mikayla Bogart, BA
Clinical Fellow

Mikayla Bogart is a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student at Hofstra University, dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care for adolescents, adults, and couples. She works with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity development, and life transitions.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and relational approaches, Mikayla tailors her work to each client’s needs. Her therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, creating a safe and inclusive space for exploration and growth.

With a background in organizational psychology, yoga instruction, and mind-body health coaching, Mikayla brings a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive perspective to her work. She is passionate about helping clients uncover patterns that influence their experiences, strengthen their self-worth, and foster meaningful connections in their lives.

Mikayla believes that healing happens within the context of relationships - both with others and with oneself - and is committed to walking alongside her clients as they navigate their unique journeys toward well-being.
