Grace is Therapy in the City's dedicated Patient Care Coordinator, based out of our New York City location. 

 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Pace University and brings a strong foundation in administrative coordination, client relations, and systems management to her role.

With a professional background in both nonprofit and media sectors, Grace is known for her exceptional organizational skills, deep empathy, and thoughtful communication. She plays a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the practice run smoothly and is often the first point of contact for new clients—offering a steady, compassionate presence from their very first interaction. Grace is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, human-centered care behind the scenes, allowing clinicians to focus fully on their work with clients.

Throughout her career, Grace has consistently demonstrated adaptability, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn from those around her. She is passionate about mental health and values the opportunity to grow professionally alongside a team that shares her dedication to intentional, inclusive, and mission-driven care.
