Hana Blair, Ba
Clinical Fellow 

Hana is a passionate and dedicated Clinical Fellow, currently pursuing her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Columbia University’s Teachers College. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Miami, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based psychological principles and research.

Hana provides counseling support to adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate challenges including anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Her therapeutic approach integrates cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies with a person-centered approach  allowing her to tailor her work to each client’s needs while fostering a collaborative, and empowering environment.

With experience working with neurodiverse populations, Hana has supported adolescents and adults with autism, as well as children and teens with learning disabilities, ADD, and ADHD through both tutoring and mentoring roles. Her background also includes serving as a Spanish medical interpreter and co-facilitating support groups for children, reflecting her ongoing commitment to providing accessible and culturally responsive mental health care.

As a bilingual and bicultural clinician, Hana brings cultural humility, sensitivity, and warmth to her work. She is passionate about creating safe spaces for clients from diverse backgrounds and honoring each individual’s unique identity and lived experience. Hana is dedicated to building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in respect, understanding, and genuine support, empowering her clients to cultivate resilience, insight, and meaningful personal growth.
