Coralle Zangi, MHC-LP

Coralle is a dedicated mental health clinician working out of Therapy In The City’s Upper West Side office. Throughout her practice, she supports individuals, couples, and families from diverse populations struggling with depression, complex trauma, relationship challenges, and anxiety related disorders.
Coralle’s expertise in clinical care are rooted in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness based work. While creating safe, supportive spaces for her clients, she facilitates change through skills based work, striking meaningful insights, and supporting clients on their path toward inter and intrapersonal growth. Coralle understands the importance of tailoring care to each client’s unique needs, and focuses on fostering hope, resilience, and change within the context of psychological, relational, and emotional growth.
Prior to her career in private practice, Coralle worked in community mental health supporting families with complex trauma and relational challenges. Within these roles, she developed a deep understanding of trauma and its impact on individuals and families, specifically those facing systemic barriers and issues related to marginalized communities. Coralle obtained her undergraduate degree in Communications and Psychology from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She subsequently completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University.
Drawing on her own diverse background, Coralle is dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s transitions, heal from trauma, and create authentic and fulfilling lives. Her compassionate approach empowers people to process their experiences, rebuild trust in themselves and others, and make active progress toward their life and therapy related goals.
