Associate clinical director

Therapy In The City is seeking to hire an Associate Clinical Director for the New York City office. This is both a leadership and supervisory role designed to support the growth, structure and clinical excellence of our team at Therapy in the City. In addition to supervising clinicians, this role includes oversight of core clinical operations and initiatives. You will serve as a point of contact for clinical matters, with support and collaboration from Aliza and the rest of the leadership team as needed.

- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of the our Didactic Training Calendar

- Reaching out to outside providers to coordinate supplemental trainings (e.g., Psychopharm, OCD, etc.)

- Oversee weekly in-person DBT consultation meetings, ensuring they run smoothly, maintaining structure and time management, and supporting clinical engagement and team cohesion

- Oversee treatment plans and client progress in our Intensive Outpatient Program

- Oversee DBT Group Progress (attendance; modules; interactive activities; etc) 

- Engage in clinical program development

- Oversee clinicians’ engagement, culture, and professional growth

- Review clinician documentation and ensure timely completion of progress notes, treatment plans, and other clinical records

- Manage and oversee professional development initiatives, including identifying growth and training opportunities

- 3+ years clinical experience required

 

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 

 

Location:

• NYC office

• 3 days/week in person; 2 days/week remote
