Office Management assistant
& Patient Care Coordinator

Therapy In The City is seeking  Office Management Assistants (and Patient Care Coordinators) seeking an immersive experience in patient care management, and direct support of the practice's leadership team.

​

  • Provide daily client-facing support via phone calls and emails related to scheduling, billing, and logistical queries

  • Manage new client inquiries, and supporting in the booking process

  • Respond to operational and administrative emails and communications

  • Support staff members scheduling to ensure effective management, client appointments, groups, and staff events 

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including talent searching, hiring, creating job postings, and updating website content as required

  • Provide minimal social media support by engaging with Professional Accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Threads

  • Administrative support for collaborations with other wellness companies and practitioners

  • Support clinical Leadership Team in practice related projects and growth

 

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, or pursuing a college degree

Compensation:

• TBD upon experience

 

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

 

Location:

• NY and FL offices

• Hybrid (In-person and remote)
