Clinical therapy for adults, young adults, and adolescents in standard, intensive, and group therapy settings.

Our mission is to provide quality care that is goal-oriented, evidence-based, culturally relevant, and individually inspired. 

Standard Outpatient Therapy

For adults, adolescents, and children, struggling with an array of mental health challenges, including:

 

Anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship challenges, ADHD, school refusal, social anxiety, panic, trauma, grief, emotion dysregulation, life transitions, career stress, and more.

Involves meeting with an individual therapist on a weekly, or twice weekly, basis to focus on achieving goals related to mental health, current life stressors, relationship dynamics, trauma, general wellness, and/or future oriented goals. 

- Individual, Couples, & Families 

- In-person & Via Telehealth 

- 50-90 Minute Sessions​

- 1 to 2 day/week

Intensive Outpatient Therapy

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an immersive, individualized, treatment program for adults, adolescents, or children seeking a higher level of care geared towards goal- oriented change.

Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) is for individuals struggling with heightened levels of:

Anxiety

- Depression

- Disordered Eating

Emotion Dysregulation

- OCD

- Panic/Agoraphobia

- Performance (School/Work Related Distress)

Intensive programs are one on one, and consist of meeting with a team of clinicians 2-5 days per week, for 90-180 minutes sessions. IOP programs typically take place in-person or via a hybrid model, and can be performed via Telehealth as well for out-of-state patient.

Group Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group

 

DBT Groups are 90 minutes long, and occur on a weekly basis. DBT groups sequentially cover the following modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance,

Emotion Regulation, & Interpersonal Effectiveness.

 

These are semi-closed groups. Admissions occur between modules for two weeks of 'open group' during which new members are invited to join. At times, there may be additional open weeks not listed, so please call our office if you have questions about open dates and if/when we are inviting new members.
